Delivery Charges:

FREE delivery on all mango boxes (no hidden fees).

Packaging:

Premium corrugated gift boxes with tissue‑wrap to prevent bruising.

Delivery Attempts:

Couriers make up to 2 attempts. If undelivered, our team will contact you to reschedule.

Holiday Schedules:

Deliveries may be delayed during national holidays (e.g., Eid, Ashura). We’ll notify customers in advance.

Address Changes:

Allowed up to 12 hours after order placement (before dispatch).
