We offer free replacement or box exchange if:

• Mangoes arrive damaged or spoiled.
• There’s a significant issue with quantity or quality.
• The wrong product is delivered.

To claim:
📸 Share clear pictures within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.

❌ Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Product not delivered.
• Severe product damage beyond replacement.
• Order canceled before dispatch.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 1–2 business days.

📦 Conditions

• Partial returns are not accepted.
• Customer must be available to receive and inspect the order at the time of delivery.
